You are correct, OpenDNS is a DNS provider, not a dynamic DNS resolver. It should have nothing to do with this issue. Of course, you could try using another DNS provider just to be sure. I suggest Google's or the Verizon default to start. I sometimes see HNP blocking sites that are fine.
