The club property is accessible to members 24/7/365 (except for special events like zombie shoot), however open shooting is limited dusk to dawn year round. There's often 1 or more RSOs patrolling the entire property, but they're not on every bay babysitting you and dictating hot/cold range. Sometimes there may not be an RSO on duty at all.
